Martin Kiefer
Personal Trainer
My name is Martin Kiefer. Raised in Naperville, Illinois, I grew up as a multisport athlete competing in soccer, track and field, swimming, and tennis. Over time, I cultivated a deep passion for weightlifting. In 2020, during the COVID-19 public gym closures, I connected with Master Personal Trainer Charles Cook. He invited me to train at his personal gym, beginning a five-year mentorship alongside an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. Learning from him taught me the intricacies of personal training and served as a foundational influence on my career. I relocated to Grand Junction in 2025 to pursue my degree in Exercise Science at Colorado Mesa University. Today, I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward achieving their personal fitness goals, whatever they may be.
